7. User Interactions

Any professional relationships, agreements, or transactions formed between users through this platform are solely between those users. Nyaya Siddhanta is not a party to any such arrangements and accepts no liability arising from them.

8. Bar Council Compliance

Advocates and lawyers using this platform are responsible for ensuring their use complies with the Bar Council of India Rules and the rules of their respective State Bar Councils, including rules on advertising and solicitation.

9. Limitation on Accessing Documents — Limitation Act, 1963

Your right to access, download, request re-issuance of, or make any claim in respect of certificates, notices, communications, receipts, and any other documents issued by Nyaya Siddhanta through this platform is subject to the applicable limitation periods under the Limitation Act, 1963 (India).

  • The general limitation period for civil rights and claims under the Limitation Act, 1963 is three (3) years from the date on which the right to claim first accrues (typically the date of issuance of the document).
  • After the applicable limitation period has expired, Nyaya Siddhanta may not be legally or operationally obligated to retain, re-issue, or provide access to documents previously issued.
  • The platform makes reasonable efforts to maintain access to certificates and communications for enrolled users during their active enrollment period and for a reasonable period thereafter; however, indefinite retention is not guaranteed.
  • Certificates issued by Nyaya Siddhanta Academy are digitally verifiable via a unique Verification ID. It is the learner's sole responsibility to download, print, and maintain a personal backup copy of their certificate immediately upon issuance.
  • Nyaya Siddhanta shall not be liable for any loss arising from a user's failure to download or preserve their own copies of issued certificates, receipts, or communications within the applicable limitation period.
  • Requests for re-issuance or duplicate copies after the limitation period may be declined or may attract an administrative fee at the sole discretion of Nyaya Siddhanta.

Users are strongly advised to maintain their own permanent copies of all certificates and official communications received from this platform.
