Refund & Cancellation Policy
v2.0 Effective: 02 Jun 2026

Last updated: June 1, 2025  |  Version 2.0

1. Overview

At Nyaya Siddhanta, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for all services including subscriptions, course enrollments, workshop registrations, and re-registrations.

2. Course Enrollment — Cancellation & Refund

  • Within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund if you have not accessed any course materials, submitted any answer sheets, or downloaded any content.
  • After 7 days or after accessing materials: No refund is available. You retain access until your enrollment expires.
  • Enrollment expiry: Expiry of an enrollment due to the access period ending is not grounds for a refund. You may re-register by paying the applicable fee.
  • Withdrawal requests: If you submit a withdrawal request and it is approved by the administration, a pro-rated refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Nyaya Siddhanta, based on the proportion of the access period remaining and whether course materials have been accessed. Withdrawal approval does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

3. Re-registration — No Refund

Re-registration fees paid for a new enrollment after expiry or withdrawal are non-refundable under any circumstances, as re-registration is a voluntary act with full knowledge of the terms. The 7-day cooling-off period does not apply to re-registrations.

4. Workshop Enrollment — Cancellation & Refund

  • More than 7 days before the workshop date: Full refund available upon written request.
  • 3–7 days before the workshop date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 3 days before or after the workshop date: No refund.
  • Workshop cancelled by Nyaya Siddhanta: Full refund within 7 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellation & Refund

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided unless required by applicable law.
  • If a subscription is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and no features have been accessed, a full refund may be requested.

6. Certificate Verification Fee

Certificate verification fees are non-refundable once the verification process has been initiated.
