Clarification on course enrollment validity, expiry and re-registration process
Subject: Academy Enrollment Validity, Expiry & Re-Registration Policy
This circular is issued to all enrolled learners and prospective students of Nyaya Siddhanta Academy.
All course enrollments are valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment. Learners are expected to complete all chapters, submit assessments, and submit the final project within this period.
Enrollments that expire before completion will be marked Expired. Learners may re-register for the same course subject to payment of the applicable fee. Prior progress will not be carried forward upon re-registration.
Learners facing genuine hardship may apply for an expiry exemption by writing to the Academy Operations team with supporting documentation. Exemptions are granted at the sole discretion of the administration.
Certificates issued by Nyaya Siddhanta Academy carry a unique verification UUID and are valid indefinitely. They may be verified online at any time.
