Updated Privacy Policy

Dear Members,

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), Nyaya Siddhanta has revised its Privacy Policy and Data Processing Guidelines effective 1 July 2025.

Key Changes

• Explicit consent mechanism for data collection and processing
• Right to erasure — users may now request deletion of their personal data
• Data localisation: all user data is stored on India-based servers
• Grievance Redressal Officer contact details updated

Please review the updated policy at Legal Documents → Privacy Policy in your account dashboard. Continued use of the platform after 1 July 2025 constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
