Notice: Legal Document Submission Deadlines for Pending Matters

This is a general notice regarding document submission deadlines for all ongoing and pending legal matters handled through Nyaya Siddhanta.

All clients and associates are requested to adhere to the following submission timelines:

• Affidavits & sworn statements: At least 5 working days before the hearing date
• Written submissions & briefs: At least 7 working days before the deadline
• Evidence & exhibits: At least 10 working days before the hearing
• Miscellaneous applications: At least 3 working days before the hearing

Documents received after the cutoff may not be processed in time for the scheduled hearing. Please coordinate with your assigned case officer to confirm receipt and filing status.
